This holding fee guarantees ______________________ a spot on the master pick list for all upcoming litters. Buyer will be contacted once each litter is born. The order of picking is determined by the order in which the fees are received. If buyer chooses not to pick from the newest litter, then buyer agrees to wait until the next litter is due, either from the same female (which will be 6 months to a year later) or a different female from the next litter. Or if requested, the $100 refund will be issued within 2 weeks of being requested, and refund is issued via USPS Money Order.
Once a specific puppy has been chosen, your holding fee will become non-transferable and non-refundable and a new agreement will be signed to hold the puppy you selected.
Full payment must be received before the Miniature Schnauzer leaves the breeder’s possession.

Seller reserves the right to cancel sale at any time, for any reason by refunding the commitment fee.
If sending this contract through the mail, a copy will be emailed back signed by Summer Ockander. Please sign and send with your deposit. Deposits will be accepted by Personal Check, Certified Bank Check, money order or Cash. Remaining balance when picking up puppy will only be accepted by Cash.

The Miniature Schnauzer puppy will only be held if a deposit is received and is still considered up for sale until said deposit is received by breeder. Full payment must be received before the Miniature Schnauzer leaves the breeder’s possession.
Deposit Price: $ to hold puppy until Date: with the intent to purchase chosen puppy when it reaches 8 weeks of age. If puppy is not paid in full when the puppy is ready to be picked up, deposit will be forfeited. Deposit is NON-REFUNDABLE if you decide you no longer want the puppy you choose to put the deposit on. By placing a deposit you agree to pay the balance by/at the time the puppy reaches 8 weeks old and is ready to be picked up. Final payment can be made any time before or at pickup.
The only reason deposit price would be refunded to buyer would be if the puppy should become too sick to sell or should die before 8 weeks old. Should this happen buyer would have the choice of deposit refunded or can choose another puppy if one is available at that time.

Terms:
This dog is not being sold under co-ownership terms. Payment in full must be made prior to you taking ownership of the dog, payment is in cash.
The Buyer shall maintain the puppy in good condition, including adherence to a regular immunization schedule, heartworm preventative, good diet, and a clean and safe environment.
If at any time in its life the puppy is to be sold or given away, the Buyer shall so notify the Seller and give the Seller first option to buy the puppy back.
Health Guarantee:
The seller certifies that, upon receipt, the dog is in good health and has been immunized and wormed according to the accompanying heath record of said Miniature Schnauzer.
